After leaving University Rhea Thierstein worked for Shona Heath for 4 years, which gave her an intense and amazing introduction in to the set design world.
These days Rhea Thierstein has been creating sets, costumes and props for Mulberry, Bombay Sapphire, American, British and Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair, Wallpaper, Pop, W, LOVE and Another Magazine.
As well as being involved in stills projects, Rhea has also created a window for Selfridges, designed Tim Walker’s film premier dinner at Claridge’s, art directed the music video, Price Tag, for award winning artist, Jessie J and also art directed the A-Z of McDonalds TV commercial.
She has been recently nominated for two awards, one as Production Designer for the McDonald’s advert and one for Art Director for the Jessie J video.
