One of the first jobs back was a last minute job with Cake Group to design a peep show for London and Partners.
The unique Pepys Show installation was located in Trafalgar Square to give visitors to the capital a sneak peek into some of the incredible events coming up in the London diary from now until the start of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
I came up with different ideas and brought to life different events with bespoke scenes and costumes to get a taste for what’s to come. The inspiring events included an exclusive Leonardo da Vinci exhibition at the National Gallery, sleeping under the stars at ZSL London Zoo, celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee at a sparkling exhibition at Buckingham Palace, a jewel inspired afternoon tea, an evening of 1940s glamour and champagne at the Churchill War Rooms and welcoming the Year of the Dragon in China Town.
Here are a few of the things I created.

Dinner at Churchill’s Cabinet War rooms (inside a cabinet).

Encrusting (painstakingly) a tea cup, sandwich and cake to illustrate a Bijoux afternooon tea at the Langham Hotel inspired by the jewelry designer, Stephen Webster.

The Langham tea cup and spoon complete.

The first test with our infinity mirror room for the afternoon tea.

Install on Sunday evening in Trafalgar Square. We finished at 3am.

Here it is in it’s full glory. Only up for one day.

Can’t really miss it!

All Shakespeare’s plays at the Globe Theatre – Peep through a mini theatre in to a large theatre.

With our very own Shakespearean Jester.
