What an honour to create an unforgettable event in such a breathtaking venue. I envisioned an abstract interpretation of a planet and saw it as the perfect opportunity to paint a watercolour, which was then printed onto a glowing sphere- echoing the rich amber tones of the two perfumes.
With Grace Cain’s 3D modelling and renderings, we brought the venue to life before a single element was installed — giving the client a crystal-clear sense of how it would all seamlessly come together.
Grace also carefully crafted a series of perspex circles, which we then had soldered into sculptural rings to create a variety of table planetary centrepieces, echoing the celestial essence of the perfume.
I carefully designed a sculptural bar installation in 3D, using inflatable chrome balls that, when fully inflated, appear as solid chrome spheres. Tom Hill built the frame, and we installed it on-site. The 3D model also served as a visual reference for the client ahead of production.
